 Detective Ellington has been working for the San Diego Sheriff's Department for thirty-six years.  Twenty-eight of those years have been in the field of narcotics.

Detective Ellington teaches for DEA, POST, and In-Service Training in the area of narcotics.  He testifies as an expert in the field of narcotics possession
