This 2-day (16 hour) course will improve the witness presentation skills for forensic/law enforcement staff. Instruction by communication specialists is combined with group exercises, simulated teaching and solid constructive critiquing in an informal environment. Participants will learn and practice all the key elements to improve their overall skills and become more confident. Witness effectiveness is increased by enhancing positive skills and modifying subconscious behaviors that interfere with the goal of successful public speaking. These techniques also apply in interviewing, interrogation and graphic presentation of case information.
